    I worked for RBS & we accepted & proccessed our own customes RBS & Natwest deposits - we used to accept any chq too as long as they had correct banks pay slips - we would not directly process them but send them to clearing would take an extra 3 days to show as a cleared item.
    We would not except in-direct payments off non customers, all the hassle and no return!!

    The HSBC branch in Llandudno has an auto-lobby which is open 24/7 and has a paying in machine for depositing cheques. If I need to pay in a cheque I might have to go out of my way a bit but I can pay it in outside normal opening hours.
    The fridge is empty, the walls are damp, there's no hot water
    And I look like a tramp and tramps like us
