Tuesday 13th April - What small DFW thing have you done today?

When we start out on the DFW trail we do loads of "big stuff" that makes quite a difference to our situation. These include having our lightbulb moment, cutting up the credit cards and cancelling Sky and the gym.

But once we have done the bigger stuff, we often feel that we are not making the same amount of progress, when in fact the small steps are helping us form good financial habits and helping us get closer everyday to staying in control and becoming debt free, or staying debt free

Examples could be charging your phone up at work instead of at home to save your electricity, hanging washing out instead of using the tumble dryer or leaving your purse/wallet at home to avoid the risk of spending.

So be proud of those small steps, they really are important

Urgh I'm having another fed up day today. Just generally fed up with the world and his wife!

Today I might, if I can be bothered...:-
- Check banking
- Maybe do some work (boss aint here this morning, thank god...)
- Already have dinner in slow cooker, reduced chicken and balti curry paste etc
- Just made it into work and DD to nursery
- House is a tip, oh well!!!
- Onepoll
- Forgot to bring ebay stuff to work to post

Does anyone else get like this???? I should have just stayed in bed this morning.
Jx

Right, I am going to try again now as I have had a cup of tea and biscuits plus read everyone elses posts and not feeling so grumpy now, thanks ladies :)
Today I have/will:-
- Checked banking - no change
- Check online CC's
- Got one pre-sold purge and one opportunity to sell today, will maximise on this
- Check for any uninvoiced labour, should have a GL finished today
- Boss not here this morning, so will try NOT to spend all morning on MSE
- Keep up with Onepoll
- Dinner in slow cooker, curry
- DM coming over this evening :) and picking DD up from nursery
- Keep motivated and busy to stop the grump coming through! :(
:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:mad::D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
Nothing to report as yet...give me a minute...!

Morning Josie, and everyone else! Oh no I think I may be coming down with the stomach bug thing that has been doing the rounds, I woke up this morning and didn't quite feel right but couldn't put my finger on it and since getting up my stomach does not feel right, gripping pains. Not sure what to do, whether to go in to work (although the office that I am at today there is a pregnant woman) or work from home or just phone my boss and call in sick... laying in bed, bored and stomach going crazy :(

So as I'm not feeling great my list is going to be small (but achievable ;))
