From there website, regarding order statuses:

Statements and explanations of wording:

We have received your order.
This means we have got your order and it can't be cancelled.

Under pharmacist review.
This means that your order, which contains a pharmacy medicine, is currently being reviewed by a Boots pharmacist. We cannot sell these medicines without the approval of a pharmacist.

Cancelled by pharmacist
Your order has been cancelled following pharmacist review. This should only happen rarely, and after you have been contacted by our pharmacist. If there is a problem with the medicines in your order we would normally amend your order, with your agreement, rather than cancel it.

The shipment is being processed.
This means the order is being processed in our warehouse.

This shipment has been dispatched.
This means your parcel has left our warehouse and will be delivered by our carriers.

This shipment has been delivered.
You should have received your order. N.B. Royal Mail deliveries will say this 5 days after the parcel has left our warehouse.

Cancelled
This means the order has been cancelled by you, or us if there was no stock available. It will also say this if authorisation has failed.

This shipment is on hold
Your order has been put on hold because of failed authorisations or a processing problem. We will contact you if it is a processing fault.
