Nope. Website says: in celebration of the launch of new Gillette Fusion, standard delivery is free. BUT if you buy the fusion you'll get triple points - whether that's on your whole basket or just the razor, I don't know. The rate Boots is going today, probably on your annual boots spend.

I bet there are a lot of people with a headache at Boots. I know there's a link to free delivery whatever the spend all day, but this is what the site says:

It seems hard to believe that they really meant free delivery of anything at all for 24 hours.

Why not? They probably assumed people would order a little more than usual as they are 'saving' on the delivery charge. Or at least that people would try ordering from them for the first time due to the incentive, and become regular customers
