I too feel sorry for the staff involved. This will have cost boots so much it will be a reasonable sackable offense, whereas had it not been posted on sites like this (no doubt it was all over the internet within minutes) there would have been only a few people who wrongly got the free points

They have changed the wording. It was quite ambiguous earlier and didn't really make it clear it was free delivery only for the Fusion razor.

just checked the site, and they have amended the 500 points thingy, however the points that it said I would get this morning aren't showing

The wording does say Free delivery on fusion products but at check out it states free delivery no matter what is in the basket. They don't give you a choice in paying so I believe we have all got a bargain. I don't see them trying to charge us all postage now. I wouldn't want to pay for a fusion even with triple points and free delivery when I just got mine through the door for free, using a link on a post on this website!!

Where does it say this about the points? On the order statement?

Points aren't added automatically. You have to put your card into an advantage card machine to get them added to your account.

If you mean that it isn't showing on your order details...I've just checked my orders and everything is as it should be.
