Then move on and forget about it - it won't affect you as people will see this, most who buy Topshop stuff know fully well the denim is labelled MOTO and see that you have done nothing wrong.
Good luck hun!
yes in TOTAL agreement... although I'd be tempted to put "fatty..." at the end haha! seriously in all fairness though petite sizes do come up smaller than the regular sizes in all shops... and tall sizes come up bigger than regular. so maybe she's size 10 but because they are petite thats why they don't fit her??? that AND the fact topshops clothing isnt very forgiving is it? you have a slice of chocolate and you have to go on a 4 week detox to get back into your clothes from them!0 -
I would write:
Moto is Top Shop range. Size clearly stated (10, petite), sorry they don't fit.Ermutigung wirkt immer besser als Verurteilung.
Encouragement always works better than judgement.0 -

Then there is a box of links on the side- you want the reply to feedback left.
It's best to keep accounts seperate just in case you get hassle from a seller (say if you had a reasonable complaint) by them bidding on one of your items just to get back at you.
I'd keep the one with feedback for selling- sellers can't block you for being new, even if a few would like to!
I get around this by blocking any ebayer i have an issue with - i have had some terrible sellers in the past that seemed like just the type to retaliate, hence i added them to blocked bidders list immediately. If they were to sign up with a new account then can't stop them or i wouldn't realise until too late but that has never happened to me so far (i hope i haven't just jinxed myself, lol).
I can't be bothered with 2 accounts, i sell about 80 or so random items a month, and prob buy a good 20 or so each month too, but i can see why it works for some. I have yet to have a neg (still luckily at 100%), or i did, someone negged me saying 'thanks' so i pushed for it to be changed and ebay changed it easy peasy as there was no evidence of a bad sale
The silly sod had done it to a few others too for no apparent reason too  Mummy of 3 lovely munchkins :smileyhea0 -
Thanks for all your replies...they sold just before easter so maybe commenting that the jeans didnt change size over the weekend but maybe she ate too much chocolate!!
I specifically said petite in the listing and said that i was a size 8-10 although they stated 10 (because most my clothes are size 8). Wasnt going to win with this one i guess!!0 -
Hasn't this sort of thing been posted before?
The other reason (from the buyers point of view) they may not have a label is because outlet/seconds shops cut them all out prior to sale.
Why is the topshop label missing?0 -
The label isn't missing if you read the OP.0
-
Op says it has a MOTO label, but not a specific topshop label. I have no idea what labels should be there, or how many, or whether there should be a topshop and a MOTO label. But if it's advertised as "topshop" I'd expect to see topshop label.0

Moto is Topshop - It's Topshop own Denim Brand. It's the same as if you buy something from Primark and the label says Atmosphere. If the buyer did not know that I don't know where they have been living for the past 10 years. It's the buyers mistake.0

It could be an 'age' thing. TBH I wouldn't know my Moto from my Mojo but like the Cheryl Cole advert very much.
