Well, I counted my online shopping as going out of the bank the day I ordered it, even though its being delivered today, so I guess today I've spent nothing :)

  • Should be a 20p day today for parking only, although I am going out to suss out some prices for replacing the carpets, but won't be buying them today. Don't need bread, don't need milk, and have tea planned - spaghetti bolognese.
My sig's too large, apparently - so apologies to whoever's space I was taking up.:lipsrseal

I've spent 68p on a parcel (item sold on ebay for £15 inc postage)
2.99 on a card for my dad
£5 on scratch cards for his birthday

Tomorrow is going to be a spend free day.

    morning,

I am going for a no spend day, although I feel under the weather and could quite happily spend a fortune. Will pop out for a window shop at lunchtime and leave my purse behind.

Well I've just spent £250 which has paid off another credit card:j :j :j It wasn't until after I had paid it online I realised that the final payment was £249 so I have paid them £1 too much:rolleyes: I'll make sure they pay that right back when I close the account later this month (need to wait until I get the bill to confirm it).

So one more down, 3 more credit cards to go unfortunately they'll take some time as we owe nearly 6K on each of them:eek:

Well done:beer: Its an amazing feeling. I wasn't spending any money today but I negotiated a debt outstanding at £626 and they accepted a final settlement of £436. Nearly £200 savings, never mind all the interest over yrs. :T :T Am so pleased with myself.

1 down a few more thousand to go...:o :rotfl:
  • Should have a spend free day today :T - have stayed in this morning with the children as it has been raining, and then son has a swimming lesson this afternoon which has already been paid for (by the term).

I have to nip out to get flour, butter, milk, cheese, a squash, dishwasher salt and bin liners, and that should be it. DS is coming with me though, so I doubt it! Also will call in PDSA shop so am bound to splash some cash in there too. All for a good cause!
