    Just about to read this now. Have been thinking about nutrition lately , food labels and content,different fats etc and happened upon this by accident (while searching for another thread). Just thought I would give it a wee bump as it is something I am only really learning about now. Well that's not entirely true. I'm sure I learnt about it in Home Ec, I just can't remember a lot about it:o Found this as well - wish I could watch the programme.
    A little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men :cool:
