well i rang capitalone and they said that dept is available until after september 4th ... is this bull ? or does this happen ?

it does happen, they lowered mine, but not my relatives, so it depends, they say they will review my relatives in 12 weeks time

they just said the dept that i need to speak to isnt available untill after 4th of sept and they cant helpme any further until that date :mad:

yeah i think so , the due date is always 20th and i receive my statement on the 1st or 2nd of the month and pay it straight away

thats why they cant do anything untill the 4th then, if they did anything now, it wouldnt show until oct statement

bit of a con really , if i want to talk about my accoung or cancel it i should be able to as and when i want not to have to wait for over 3 weeks lol :mad:
