    Afternoon all

I've read all the posts but not really retained anything :(

Not enough ordinary washing for a load today but I've washed the dog's rug and the cats blanket and they've both dried and been put back.

Not done much else, I'm ahead for the week and will just finish off Friday's list tomorrow and probably vacuum through downstairs again. Dinner cooking now.

I've got a horrid sinus headache, had it on and off all week. Maybe there's some pollen about?

    Have a lovely day:kisses3:

You know me too well :p:p:D:D xx
I think it's now time that I took a break from this thread. I'll be keeping my list to myself, and joining in, but from the comfort of my own little world.

Obviously missed something while Sexy & I were gossiping :o but don't you dare go anywhere.....this is your own little world :D

Had a lovely breakfast with LadyL, and I'm so pleased she like her pressie. I read Martin's email :money:yesterday, and it said that Starbucks were giving away a free espresso based drink to any customers who brought in an insulated mug today, so LadyL and I didn't really need an excuse, and I took in a spare one for her. We both had a free coffee, and chatted for ages, and then the girl who works there was very sweet, and at LadyL's request, gave us another free coffee each in aid of her birthday. lol :T

:rotfl: :rotfl: You make me sound really cheeky......if you don't ask you don't get :D & the girl does know me :o :rotfl: Thanks so much for my pressie it is beautiful :A xx

    Hugs to all

    Afternoon all.

Lunch break in the Wolf's Lair.....

Soappie mega get-the-job vibes for you.

Holly Have you seen to your car tax yet? If not, GERRONWIVIT!!:rotfl:

Castri I've recently created a spreadsheet to list all the food in my freezer and cupboards; I'm finding it very useful as I now don't have to do my contortionist act to see what we need to purchase in the supermarket!:D (Our tins cupboard is at floor level)

Mumto5 I'm so sorry for your loss; I'm glad though that your Nan's journey was peaceful, and that you were there for her. (((HUG)))

Valli how good is that, your NDN's BIL could make use of your surplus sofas!:T

((((HUGS)))) and posi-vibes everywhere they're needed.

Flying-wise, I'm almost up to scratch with today's list, but I've got a few "extras" of my own to do as well, so I'll post again when I've done all I can for the day.

Next task is to declutter a few extra calories on the Wii, I think. Have to do it fairly early, while I still have a few "spoons" left!:D

    Whats been done today...

    WM x2
    TDx2
    Dishes
    Tidied living room floor

Have also done some more in my room, I'm busy going through files from various courses I have been on, clearing out and packing up my craft drawers. Really need to get it sorted and make some space in there as it is really getting me down and is not the relaxing place its supposed to be!

Just fed kids and chucked them out in the garden, fed myself and am now going to make a cuppa before heading back upstairs!!

Valli great news about the old sofas -nice to see them being of use- enjoy your new leather ones - what colour are they?
msgnomey well done to you for putting up with all the poking and prodding - fingers crossed for you that it is nothing nasty in there.
greenbee yes car and ferry - I am not sure if i could do the ferry - might get seasick - but there is a ferry terminal about 40 miles away - but also part of the problem is that I would need a carer/companion but I am working on that one.
yes Jinky thats what i was thinking about - but would need to decide where to go from there - picky me as i really want south of france!!!!
EdinburghLass thanks but I want beach - i would at sometime like to go to iceland but what a shame for them just now - not sure about a long cruise - wary about the sea!!!
liuhut work is imporatnt so stop beating yourself up hun - you have done loads even if no stars
vivw and Pollybear hope you feel better soon

    ok window cleaner has been
    my cleaner has been
in the middle of it all i had to get my lunch with my carer
I hate it when it all happens at once

2 loads of washing on the line - maria is coming back tomorrow afternoon to iron the bedding so it can go away.

I have amalgamated my 3 lots of flowers -have managed to salvage 1 vase full for another few days

had the electrician for the wiring check up - he didnt find any problems (but he should have as there is a fairly major problem that I know about!) so now my policy to cover electrical wiring etc is valid.

have written a card which i will go and post at the box across the road next

    dealt with all the mail

it has turned nice again so i am tempted to go outside but really nead to do ebay....

    toots xx
