Keiss summed it up so well a day or so ago - it really does make a huge difference to me being able to do things like that, although it has (as you are very aware) taken many many years, and rather a lot of crap before I learned to look at things differently.

I am glad that yesterday wasn't so bad, and hope today is a good one for you too xx

Thanks :) I had a talk with OH and talked things through :)

Been to the big Mr T's near us this morning for some bits and pieces. Got some fish from the fish stall - it cost us £4 but it'll do me and OH two meals, so that's good. ALso got some frozen salmon fillets (6) for £5 as they were half price, and we don't tend to get salmon as it's expensive. So yum!

Our food for the week looks like this:
monday - fish curry with rice
    tuesday - chicken fajitas
wednesday - chicken chips and beans (OH) beans on toast (me)
thursday - pizza (OH), soup (me)
    friday - spag bol

Glad you had a good talk with OH, hope it has helped you.

Oooh Harry Potter...still not seen the latest one! DS2 got me the last one on DVD for Xmas as we didn't go to see it when it came out (back too sore to sit in cinema for that long). I would love to see it and "The King's Speech". Might suggest seeing HP with DS2 @ half-term, and seeing KS with a friend when it comes to our local cinema. Neither are DH's cup of tea :o

Have a good week...only two more weeks before half term!!! :D
