It was yummy - OH certainly liked it! He finished the last of it today. I will definitely be making it again sometime soon!

That's the problem with HM bread SF...it's far to scrumptious!!! I always add seeds and use half wholemeal and half white flour. I last made some with spelt flour, (an ancient plant, used by the Romans in bread-making), it's lower in gluten, so a bit tricky, but turned out OK, quite nice flavour too.
We aren't going through bread so quickly these days, but I do nab a mouthful of DH's toast once in a while!
Off to get some course work done...should have done some this morning, but didn't seem to have the time, once I had hung the washing out, washed the breakfast dishes, fed the birds, tidied the kitchen, got the fire going then banked up for the day, rang a couple of people...then it was time to go to work!!!
Feeling tired, but need to get back to relational databases:eek:
