you can't beat a good catch up with friends.
    You definitely can't :D
Oh I'm totally tragic when it comes to expecting parcels of anything -got a bargain on ebay last week on half a years worth of binbags - so thrilled when the postman knocked:o:rotfl:

Now, don't forget with your smoothie - throw some spinach in:D
It was you with the spinach! What's your recipe again? I'm so excited for it to arrive, lol :D

So, I need to do a list I think! These are things I need to do in January:
    - finalise guest list for wedding
    - send out 'save the date' cards
    - start researching bands for evening do
    - start researching wedding car to get to venue
    - try on some dresses!
    - start collecting materials to make invitations
    - finalise the wedding menu
    - Arrange a meeting with the MoH so I can ask her!
    - sort out car insurance
    - look at car tax
    - sort out OH's car insurance

I'm sure there are more things to do, so I'll add them when I think of them!
Slowly working through the list :) I'm seeing my MoH today to ask her - hope she says yes! :)

My OH is also going to listen to a band this afternoon which might be a possibility for the evening do :)

It was you with the spinach! What's your recipe again? I'm so excited for it to arrive, lol :D

start with: 30g spinach leaves, 1 lge banana or 2 small and 250 ml water.
Yesterday, mine was 35g spinach leaves, 4 leaves & stalks of pakchoy, 1 stalk of celery, a whopper of a banana and a pear + 500ml water. Made just over a litre - I had a 600ml yesterday ( a pint) and gave OH 200ml (trying to get him to improve his diet, but gently with no pressure) and had the remains at brekkers this morning.
    I recommend:
    http://www.greensmoothiegirl.com
    and
    http://www.rawfamily.com/

but start gently -I'm not suggesting the big 'detox' they sometimes recommend, I think that is too full on and demanding. But the rest of their stuff is helpful with lots of recipe ideas.
I drink a pint practically every day. I really miss it now if I don't.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once
  • I changed one of my recommends SF - the smoothie queen one isn't the one I was 1st thinking of and seems to be trying to sell 'programmes'. Changed it to the raw family one.

BB - I've been on that site - the green smothie girl one - it looks very interesting! I can't find any recipes though? I intend to start off slowly though, not jumping in head first as I'll fail miserably! :D

Blow me, neither can I now:rotfl:.
I'll go search some - be back laters.

I'm like you: start off nice and simple and slow, and then the habit sustains and build at the right pace for you. No guilt/getting it 'wrong' etc etc.
