Well, another long day! Had a meeting with my new HoD and sorted some things out. She seems really nice so that's a bonus ALso saw my draft timetable for next year and it doesn't look too scary!

Can I ask when do you get your summer holidays? All children here have their holidays, some got them last Friday others today.

Well, had my last day in school today and feel a bit more settled now

Still looking for somewhere to live with the BF - it's taking longer than we thought probably naively so, but never mind. Keep persevering and of course, if we're not finding anywhere, then we're not spending either. So, silver lining and all that. But, I do want to get that sorted sooner rather than later!

1st NSD of July too, it's all good

Northern Ireland! Three weeks and you will be on your summer holidays. My sister got hers on the 25th June, she is a teacher, but she had to go in for a few hours on Monday 28th June.

I'm on hols now technically as I've finished my course, but don't start teaching til September! :j

Off to the Dales for the weekend with the BF and his family - should be interesting

Had a spend today - needed some petrol - but budget still going. We're looking through some more properties next week too, so fingers crossed!

Had a great weekend with the BF and his family - am really shattered though!

We looked round two more properties and really really liked the second one - it was perfect, but we were pipped to the post by someone looking round it 20 mins before us! So, we're disappointed by that, but now know what we could get for our money if we're lucky. Got somewhere else to look round on Weds, but it doesn't look as if it's in the nicest area, so we'll just have to wait and see.

Small spend today - spent £4 in Pr1mark on some shoes trying to keep spends as low as possible now, for the time being.
