    I'm supposed to be going to the car boot with mum this morning - it's very gloomy outside so I hope it doesn't rain :(

    Those muffins look tasty. Did you ever try making muffins with raspberries because apparently they are really nice? I was in Lidl yesterday and seen a packet of 4 blueberry muffins for 99p so I couldn't resist! :eek: :rotfl:

    Jo, I wouldn't have been able to resist! Will look at getting raspberries next time :D

    Well, we went to the carboot for about 10 minutes as it started chucking it down! So, didn't spend anything there. Came home and got a much needed cuppa and bacon sarnie, yum :D

    I feel so much better now it's the holidays. I need to re-focus on things, and find positives wherever possible. I will get a job, I have to!

    So, to go along with my 'trying to stay positive' plan, I'm going to have to make a healthy eating/diet plan - my wedding dress fitting is on June 29th, and I'd like to lose a stone/14lbs by then! :eek::eek:

    So, I intend to:
    - eat no chocolate, crisps, biscuits, cakes or sweets
    - exercise for at least 30 mins, 3 times a week (if not more)
    - (or try to) eat at least 3 portions of fruit/veg a day, if not 5
    - eat breakfast every day
    - not eat unless I'm hungry, even at meal times
    - not eat out of boredom/stress/anger/feeling crap

    Wish me luck.....!

    Sounds like a great plan SF...can I join you in your quest to lose weight?

    Been meaning to get my finger out for months now, determined to shed some pounds before heading north mid-July, so have just seven weeks left to do something about it! :eek:

    My plan is pretty well the same as yours. I think I will draw up meal-plans for the next couple of weeks, which will help a lot, so saving pounds while shedding lbs!!! :D


    Can we post how much we lose every week and cheer each other along?

    I know there is a weight loss thread (which I have neglected for months :o:o), where everyone posts their menu for the day, and later, if they have stuck to it...including everything they ate. I found I managed to lose a bit that way, but have been awol for so long!

    hat do you think?? Shall we give it a go?? No need to give actual weight (too depressing!), just wieght lost.

    Glad to see you are relaxing and unwinding.....so good for you.

    Hi SF

    Not been on for a few days. Hope your doing ok. Make the most of you week off and get plenty of me time. Sounds like you are feeling ready to tackle anything thats the spirit and good luck with the weight loss programme. I myself go to fat club (WW to others) and I have been messing around of late, not fully focused due to over tiredness so the plan is to get my head in gear this week and plan too amongst other things, but mainly plenty of rest so that I can concentrate.

    I will support both you and Keiss too from the sidelines.

    Have a good week chick but I will be popping in just to check on you and cheer you on. You will get a job...let that be your knew mantra. xx

    Your welcome chick.Yes I am ok, thanks for asking, just need to recharge the batteries, sometimes I just do too much then hit a brick wall, but I will be as right as rain. ;)

    Like you SF I would love to lose a stone this month...we have 4 weeks on Wednesday until your fitting :D...then it's another 3 weeks until I go on holiday.

    Somehow I think I will be lucky to lose half a stone...perhaps a stone over the 7 weeks...that's only 2 pounds a week...should be do-able?

    Sorry I am waffling...I have so much weight to lose (10 stone, yes, really!! :eek::eek:), anything would be a good start!

    So lets get out of the blocks all keen and enthusiastic on June 1st and see how we get on...that seem like a plan?
