Is it ok to wear flat shoes on your wedding day????

I'm 6foot1 and OH is 5foot11, so I'm already taller than him before I put on heels.
On our wedding day, I have opted to wear ballet pumps. But i have bought purple ones (to match our colour scheme!) and i'm in love with them - esp as they were a very MSE 10quid in the Evans sale

My sister searched high and low for some ivory flats for her wedding day and ended up picking a style called 'Aroseb' from Faith.

I do believe they still have the pretty much same style and they were lovely, very classy but reasonably priced!

I have a slightly different problem, i'm 5ft2 and a bit ,H2B is 6ft4 I have damaged my toe and now wont be able to wear my wedding shoes

It will have to be flip lops or something very open toe'd. Its going to make for a really awkward stooped first kiss but hopefully photos wont be too bad?!?

I'm wearing ballet pumps for the day and then changing into heels in the night - so you can do whatever you like! x

Some people wear trainers, wear what you are comfortable with, I had a little kitten heel, I couldn't have walked around all day in something too high. I had ballet pumps for the evening.
