Charged for Free Breakfast £5 (offer listed :17/3/10)

Options
Hi I just wanted to make people aware that the offer below does / did not work.
I used the code MSE at time of ordering and read all the relevant info but still received a bill for the items of £4.85 a couple of days later. I replied back to the invoice but still no response from Milk and More and they have since deducted the payment from my bank account.
Anyone got any advice for me?
Thanks

UPDATE 25 March 10. Dairy Crest has confirmed ALL incorrect invoices will be fixed
Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies
  • Hi, I have also been charged for "free" breakfast, despite receiving confirmation email that the £5 MSE discount had been applied.

Just rang Dairy Crest to say have been charged and the customer service rep apologised and said it would be credited to my milk & more account.

I informed her I didn't want to place any further orders, wanted to close account, and requested the amount be refunded to my debit card. She then passed my details to another section (finance? can't remember) who promptly called me back to take a few details. They have informed me that the amount will be refunded back to my debit card soon. :)
