" when you get 2000 positives your rate goes back up to 100%" Thanks I never knew this my rating is 99.9% because a TSFE ( great saying ) negged me ages ago. I had gave up hope of ever getting back my 100% SO looks like I will be buying loads of e books !!

yes, it's true, there is a calculator somewhere but to prove it I was negged by a nutty American buyer after I had just started but as I tipped 2000 my score returned to 100%, then a few months later I picked up another neg - thankfully I've topped 4000 so I'm back to 100% again, till the next TSFE crosses my path I suppose

I know sadly this is true sometimes I say Im glad I dont have 100% because you will always get negged for something by someone. I have had the nuttiest week for feedback on ebay it has all been positive but wierd comments. I had a look at the feedback one buyer left for others she has 600 positives but always leaves feedback with a positive with snide put downs- unfortunately I sold to her !
Maybe it is justearlier days but I find the amazon buyers more curteous and less nutty that the ebay ones ( i buy on both ;) ).
I have a load of books I cant list on Amazon because they are too heavy or no isbns so I will need to pull my finger out and put them on ebay, groan, not sure if to take the shop plunge again. How is anyone finding the shop listings , are they now too dear (im having trouble working it out ....) .

Fantastic!! Does anyone else have any funny ones?

I don't have any funny ones, but I would say the best positive comment I have had so far and am really proud of is this one:

5 out of 5: "The best service I've ever had. Book was ordered on 20th June 06, arrived in my postbox in France on 22nd June 06. Five stars all round."

How cool is that? Can't believe it only took 2 days to get to france!

Sales are going well right now, sold 14 this week.

Two days to get to France??!! Royal Mail can't usually get something within the UK in two days!

I haven't got any funny feedback, lots of very lovely comments - all 5* until the other day, when I noticed I had got the following

"sorry I have taken so long to respond! thanks for the book it arrived just fine and in good condition. Cheers"

Great - except they gave me a 4* , so I'm at 4.9 stars now (but still 100%). I would rather they had just not left it!! I was rather annoyed for a day or so - silly really as it isn't anything bad!

Tempted to email them nicely and politely in the interests of improving services to customers asking what I could possibly have done to gain 5 stars...
