....had a shock when I saw that you had OH in wm Ruby....reread and saw that it was just his work clothes.

Honestly sometimes I wish I could shove him in there :D, he comes home so filthy, It has been known that I make him strip to his pants in the back garden and I hose him down before he runs up to the shower :rotfl:.

We have had a lovely day, did a bit of DIY work this morning, and then made egg mayonaise sandwiches and a flask of coffee and went off for a long walk with little dog, we took the kite but there was not enough wind. I took some photos, will put them on my Facebook later.

    Have good evenings all xx

Evening everyone hope you are all well,

Diva hope you are well enough to post soon.

Absolutely beautiful weather up here in Forres, +18.5 this afternoon. Drove up from Montrose in the morning with my GF and then just lazed in the garden drinking beer and birdwatching, happy days  :D

    Have a nice night folks

Cranky I think there is nothing nicer on a sunny day than listening to a band in the park.my late OH's Uncle Matt played for years in the Cowes brass band on the IoW.He was such a terrific chap,an ex-sailor, he had a bad stroke at one point but refused to let it get him down and pushed himself to learn to walk again and play in the band.Although one of his arms wouldn't always do what he wanted it to he never felt sorry for himself and was full of determination to overcome his problems and lived life to the full.
I managed to get all my records in to the sitting room then my DD turned up with a big stack of hers to add to it.My sitting room looks like an HMV shop at the moment I only hope this chap will take them all as there is no way they are going back upstairs again
A bit cooler tonight but still a lovely evening, I have been knitting and watching catch-up t.v. as its all a bit rubbishy on t.v. at the moment on Saturday nights.

My DGS Danny's show that he has been working on at Pinewood is being shown next Saturday night, and he should get his first 'on screen credit' It has Vernon Kay as the presenter, and Dan says he is a really nice chap.He went to the wrap party last night, and is hoping to get on as a production assistant on the next Big Brother in May/June.
He won't see it next week as he is taking his girlfriend Chloe to New York for a weeks holiday,(she is buzzing about it at the moment and can't wait to go)
I am using up all my fresh bits and pieces in the fridge this week, and won't need to go anywhere near the shops at all, fingers crossed
Right time to toddle off to have a read in bed.
Good night, God bless all here
    JackieO xx
