we won £20 on the betfair free bet from the mail yeasterday but are having problems claiming it form the email..... is anyone else having the same problem?????

My son & husband both won £20 and it took a while to sort out how to get the money back.

On my husband's account we had to make sure all the address details were correct and register his debit card. Eventually we stopped getting the screen asking him to verify he was over 18 and then the account allowed us to get the money by bank transfer (says it takes a couple of days) This part was quite straightforward as long as you have your account details handy.

My son had more difficulty as no matter what details he put in, the account refused to accept he was over 18 (he's 23) so he had to submit a copy of his ID via their link. Betfair said they will email him once his account is verified then he will get his money back via bank transfer too.

    Hope this helps :)

Mine hasn't either. I paid by bank transfer to avoid the 25p fee and I wonder if that's why. I tried to query on Quidco but it says I can't until the 10th June!

i signed up forquidco ages ago, but lost interest..

recently they had a £20 deal with betfair, when you stake £10 on the grand national (paid whether you win or lose.. i won £21, btw!)

looking on the quidco transaction page, it shows as tracked for £0, but i cannot see where you are supposed to add yourbetfair userID, to verify it?

Its the bottom item on my transaction list, but it does not have a tick box by it, to select and go further?

    please excuse my numptiness!

(btw, betfair have paid out my winnings already..;-)

I joined jackpotjoy this morning , i put in £10 from my bank account to get £15 quidco cashback i also got £10 bonus for topping up my account so i had £20 to spend , i played blackjack and got it up to £70 , i went to collect it but it said i couldn't withdraw it so i phoned them up , it turns out i had to play £20 worth of bingo to qualify for withdrawing as i got bonus money from them , i played away at bingo for a while then banked £53 something , plus my £15 quidco cashback means £53 profit , i'm chuffed might try some more of the bingo sites

If you're talking about paddy power, mine hasn't either. What worries me is quidco nor says a minimum £10 wager, which it didn't on grand national day. I bet £10 in total, not on one bet. Mind, quidco's £20 now.
