Have you actually wagered £10? They will only credit you the extra £10 once you have bet £10 (and then it's within 24 hours, I believe....). I had to phone them to clarify. I placed my bets last night, but still no £10. But I guess you could just withdraw the free £10 when they've credited it?

Just as a side note to anyone who doesn't know about the "Gambling Introductory Loopholes Board" on here.... there is a lot of risk-free (if done correctly) money to be made out of bookmakers so if you fancy having a read about it and giving it a go DO NOT join any bookies today as you will regret taking a shoddy Grand National offer when at other times of the year you could be using that bookie to make heaps more cash! :cool:

I didn't yesterday, when I signed up. But I rang their customer services to say it hadn't appeared, she then rectified it and it was there within a couple of minutes.

Thanks downhillfast, this is just what I was wondering, I've been trying to gen up but there is far too much to learn in half a day .... need to do it properly to make any money... if I jump today I'll end up loosing out somewhere.;)

Anyone else having a problem with the Betnow £3 matched bet? Iv txt it 3 times now and not had a reply.

I had the same problem, then I got a text saying text national plus your horse name for a £5 bet. This deducted the £5 from my phone, which I hadn't expected and only then did I get the text regarding the free £3 bet. I now have to log onto 3 to put more credit on!!

I sent my first txt at 10am this morning and my last one bout an hour ago. They musnt want my cash. haha
