  • Hi Kelly,my turn to maybe help you. You say you have asked using the letter but did you know that on the National Debt Line page there is a further follow up letter for stopping charges, quoting codes of conduct and so forth. Not sure about your other questions, but that letter might be worth a try:)

  • Oooooh okay I will try their site. I only have £425 left and if about half of it is charges it makes me not want to pay! I pay £65 every 28 days which is money I could use for my other 2 debts if I didn't have to pay these stupid £12 charges.

miss or late payments, I belive though that the fos said £12 was allowed.
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
  • Most are for 'trying to contact you' some are for late/missing payments.

  • I am going to SAR them to find out when they tried calling me and sent letters, and how many of these charges I have had. What do I need to say/pay?

Maybe you need to check as well what number is on their records
  • They've had my number the whole time. I've only had one number & when I placed orders via phone they checked they the right info Incase they needed to contact me.

If they had called me would it show if I asked them for SAR?
