Detergent Free laundry Ecoballs

I have to say that my experience of these balls was that the washing was grey after a few washes. I understand this is something to do with light reflectors in washing powder. I like the whiteness so have gone back to using tiny amounts of washing powder. Sorry guys - just an alternative viewpoint.

Hi Folks,
Have managed to get a set from https://www.natureswisdom.co.uk.
Pack = 2 balls + 3 bags of refill washing balls+ 1 stain stick
Starter pack good for upto 500 washes
£14.00 + P&P, which seems a lot cheaper than anywhere else. Have just ordered them, so will let you know if they are any good.BCSC # 9 and proud! :beer:0 -
Together they produce ionized oxygen that activates the water molecules
Just remember that this bit is a complete and utter lie.0 -
Isn't it the water than washes the clothes, not the powder, balls etc0

I use the eco ball & stain stick from Lakeland - very pleased with both.0

I suffer from allergies so they're perfect for my laundry no harsh chemicals, I splashed out on an Eco Godess Hamper just before Christmas and I'm really pleased with the dryer balls, they work wonders with my towels!

An absolute bargain if you use the promotion code x5wff and get a further £5 off!0 -
I really really want to use eco-balls but RHYSMUM isn't convinced. We currently use ECOVER tablets, using 2 at a time but we only have light soiling on our clothes so maybe we should just use 1 tablet and forget about the balls? We have a 5 month old boy but even his clothes are only lightly soiled so what do i do? And is ECOVER best? Some say it isn't as good as it claims to be!! HELP!!!0

If you do feel the need to use these dubious devices they're cheaper here: http://www.lakeland.co.uk/ecoballs/F/product/21756?src=gpsol&sq=eco%20wash%20balls
there's a thread on them here for those who haven't heard of them: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=77987&page=90 -
They're are not dubious at all. I think they're brilliant. I agree you can get them cheaper however.0
