Does money buy love?

You are just not seeing the right women and you are generalising. I agree with you in some ways and it gets my goat at bit when we hear from some of these women who dress like a pro, act like a pro... then complain when men treat them as such! However alot of women are just not like that. Looks count, but that isnt everything. Im not the sort of guy to grab a women on my look alone either but that is in many ways an advantage. A relationship is a partnership, a friendship and not just a desire for physical action... you build a friendship and sometimes it moves on from there...I now wouldnt expect to just find someone in a flash... make friends with women you like, enjoy their company, dont expect anything from them and they wont expect from you. Sooner or later you will click... just dont be so downhearted about it because that really will make it harder. Women dont mind a guy with emotions and feelings, but you might want to save that for someone you already know and who will care enough to listen (and not run away).

Who ever said money can't buy you love, didn't have enough money!

I heard this off somone who said replaced the word "love" for "everything". Logically, I think it does sound right though it's not just one factor that causes all. Life is complicated!

But don't worry, as long as you don't give up, there's always hope out there for that the special someone.

lol - woman do go on looks - thats initial attraction, but thats definitely not enough to keep a woman interested!
Most of the good-looking guys turned out to have no personality or just plainly being too vain to consider getting a second date!!
I know that people cant change their personal features like their face, but there is no excuse for having a pot belly or such... anyone if they work hard enough can have a sexy body! I would never go out with a guy who doesnt look after himself and doesnt dress nice/ neatly.
On my personal list of attractions (or shall i say stuff that KEEPS me interested to engage in a relationship after 1 date) :
1. Good sense of humour and can make me laugh
2. Intellegence
2. respect for woman/ good old-fashioned manners
3. ambition in life

decent car, good education, sixpack - theses are all things anyone can achieve with a little self-motivation - nobody are given these things or are born with them!!

A certain sort of woman does like a certain sort of man. I friend on mine once overheard 3 women talking about their boyfriends. To be considered worthy, apparently, they had to look a certain way, have a certain car, earn a certain amount etc and some other stuff. Horses for courses, if that's what was important to them, then that's the way it is; certain men then fill that gap in the market.

There is also a certain irony to all of this... teenagers and young/mid 20's working on this basis often pick up guys with short term prospects. They miss the ones who are working hard and have no money due to gaining an education. As a result, you will find alot of attractive women ending up with kids to men who end up much less sucessful than the men they previously ignored! I just laugh at that!

My husband has not been blessed with pretty boy looks. However, he would never ever refer to any woman as a !!!!!!. That is why is why I love him as he has a lot of respect for women. Maybe you should try it?

Well he is right about some women and even my female friends would happily testify to that. It also happens these are the women who are most visible so it is bound to bias opinions.

Am afraid........you got it in one...gals are attracted to risk takers/alpha male types....usually money backing it up.................money can certainly BUY love...but maybe not the type you think........this was sent to me by a mate once...........................sorry to say its...very....very true..................

Guys get a raw deal nearly all of the time..........apart from those mentioned above!!

excuse me? i didnt say all women were sluts?!!! i said those who dress, with skirts like belts, breasts hanging out etc... those type, clubby lassies, look like sluts and in actual fact did not say ARE but LOOK like

and fyi - i have alot of respect for women, since you do not know me, do not pass judgements on me
