  • Hi, its been said, already I'm sure, but I would

    1. get new photos taken in the sunshine
    2. get some flowering plants in pots (all one colour or two at most) for the outside
    3. Cream paint over flowery wall paper, I like it but its a very individual taste
    4. Cream tile paint over geometric kitchen tiles (see 3.)
    5. Get three quotes from local estate agents, choose a price that's the mean of your three quotes (add em up, divide by 3) and check that against the mean of mouseprice and zoopla valuations (free online) and fix a little over that as your asking price
    6. Give the estate agent a fixed period to sell the house ( 3 months? ) then think again.

    Huge good luck.
Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x
