Lidl Bifinett breadmaker - any recipes that work?

    Yes, the first 15 minutes it warms up the water at the bottom in order to activate the yeast, I think.
  • I know this is an old thread but I'm hoping u guys can help. I brought a bifinett breadmaker off facebook today. No instructions with it. My problem is it doesn't knead, the ingredients just sit there. It heard up and stuff but that's it. Am I doing something wrong? Please explain how to make the bread. Will it only work if the ingredients are a heart weight? I have checked the belt and it's all fine. Any ideas?

    My problem is it doesn't knead, the ingredients just sit there.

    I don't have this make myself but if it;s similar to mine there should be some sort of paddle or hook that fits into the bottom of the baking tin to mix and knead the ingredients. Are you putting this in and making sure it is locked firmly into place ?
