    Some good points there, but the one thing email does have in its favour is proof of claiming should it come to that.

    Submitting online did raise an automated email response with a ticket number - I submitted 2 but only got 1 response approximately 20 minutes afterwards. Knowing Mobiles previous form I suspect the automatic email response with ticket number allocation could take a long time...

    Ooer it is a web page to submit forms (that is pretty good if they have implemented that system). I thought it was just plain email.
    Seems they need to iron out their acknowledgement emails.

    did you submit both claims in one go or as two separate submissions?

    They were two seperate submissions - they both received a ticket number but I only got acknowledgement of the first one. (I 'found' the second number in an email from one of the staff.)
