short version - requested £50 from co-op ATM. Card retained - £220 debited - tried ATM dispute route - declined. At the time I highlighted my concern with Fraud dept over fact that full available balance had been withdrawn - however, bank are not cooperating in any way to assist me. Do I have a right to having my cash back?

Should be a Chargeback, if the bank that run the ATM can provide evidence the cash was withdrawn relating to your card number, unfortuntely the dispute is then with your card issuer and it is up to them if they refund you or not.0

How's the blow up girlfriend ?
she popped as I pressed her too close to a pair of scissors which i think she placed there herself.
I used selotape though to fix the hole on her (the poppled hole that is, not any other holes lol), now she is as good as new!No Unapproved or Personal links in signatures please - FT30
