Atm fraud

Additional info - I asked for £50 - got nothing as card retained - however £220 shown as withdrawal (£6 less than total available balance available at the time) - an ATM dispute was done and informed that the machine balanced.....surely the machine should also have logged that the entered withdrawal amount was £50.......On getting home prior to reporting retained card - I checked transactions and £220 withdrawn - when reporting the problem I raised this issue and the fact that I had only requested £50 and was passed to fraud and they detailed this.
When I was informed that ATM dispute was declined I spoke to fraud again who said that one of their investigation team would be in touch - does anyone know how long this process can take....? The ATM was a coop ATM and I bank with coop0
