I have been speaking to a company called Delete UK Claims Management and they say that they can make my credit card debt unenforceable. Anyone know if this is right????

I havent heard of delete but I know a bit about this industry as I have looked into it myself. There have been a lot of test cases and most have been won by the consumer so its definitely worht a try. What are they charging?

Do a search on Cartel etc. If you can afford to lose £495.00 you could give it a try. If not, use it to pay down some of your debts.
  • I have checked these out on the Ministry of Justice website and they are regulated, which is a big plus!!! I heard a lot of companies have lost their MOJ license for bad practice.

Where did you that that from?
  • There has been loads of problems in this Industry mostly due to the big companies like cartel going bust, I don’t think that means that you cant claim it means that you need to be very careful who you claim with!
    Im GRRRREAT!!
  • They have also been going since 2007 so it seems they have been around for a while.

Thats right but I think that had a lot to do with bad timing. The courts have been very clear on these cases and the cases with basic breaches will mostly be won without seeing a solicitor never mind a courtroom. If they are telling you it takes 9-12 months or even longer they are probably just selling cases to solicitors which is a waste of time as they will push and push for a court order when you don’t need one.
