How do you know that it's coming back, is that from online tracking? If it's been sent tracked it will have your address on.

not unless the OP put one on

I thought that if something was being tracked it always had the return address on? When I've sent stuff recorded I've had to fill in my address.

theres no rule or law to say you have to
you can put a recorded item in a postbox,so how would you stop that?
often people dont want a return address on recorded letters as its legal documents and they dont want them refused

Last item I sent recorded I was asked by the person at the post office if I would like to have my address put on incase it needed to be returned (so I did of course)

But it wasn't compulsory for me even though i paid/posted at the post office at the counter, so although some staff at post offices may tell you to put it on, im guessing its more of a reccomendation by them than their rules.

Do you mean, what do you do about the buyer having the parcel sent onto her again? Tell her to pay again (you can send her a Paypal Inoivce) otherwise you'll refund the ITEM cost and keep the postage as you already paid for that.

The worst she can do is neg you or sue you for the money for postage, but as you will have the packaging that says 'Not Collected' on it she'll be wasting her time and money.

Oh and if she asks where the package is give her the tracking number and let her chase it up, otherwise wait until it gets back to you and then deal with it.

Just to report the parcel was returned today, i had written the return address on the reverse. Just have to get in touch with the buyer.

    Thanks for all your replies:T
