Elfen - you need to try just dry toast for at least 24 hours after a sicky bug.

Gonzo - if I can help in any way shout cos not a million miles away am I!

Luc - I used to have an A&L and HSBC and transferring money from each would take at least 2 days.

thanks Billie i think at the moment is just waiting for the test result, however if it starts taking too much time i am going to have to abuse my power (i work in the NHS) and contact the hospital directly and since i have worked in quite a few departments i can probably call in a few favours to get things moving a bit quicker so we can at least find out whats wrong

    10p per product = £7 a week ~ £28 a month
    20p per product = £14 a week ~ £56 a month
30p per product = £21 a week ~ £84 a month (or in other words one weeks shoping at the new price)

I can't eat gluten, I'm gluten intolerant, so I can't eat dry toast. It'd make me sick so defeating the point. (And I am not spending money of a loaf of GF bread just to puke it up again)

Okay - I am not up on what is GF - so do crackers fall into that category. You need something very bland sorry to say it but think banana was not a good choice. x

When you have a sickness bug, Dr recommend nil by mouth normally (get some dioralytes) or the BRAT diet. Banana, rice, apples, toast. Clearly, dont eat the toast and I would stay away from apples (unless you can make apple sauce)

Poor Elfen, hope you feel better soon.

I seem to be on Florida time after an epic 10 hour sleep, very unlike me!

Yaaay I can eat rice! That makes me happy, and I'd never heard of the BRAT diet before....Have to admit, I'm not actually feeling hungry....maybe I should just keep up the fluids (have some high juice so it's not plain water)
