    i hope the other phone networks learn a thing or two from vodafone and appoint web relations teams here on MSE.

    good of vodafone to be proactive on this front. (but wish they were more proactive keeping my two vodafone accounts with them before i moved to three and only then did they offer same deal as three and wanted me to move back, which i didnt do as thought it unfair.
