Sky Broadband

  • We currently have Sky TV , talk and broadband. We are moving house but will be staying with friends for about 6 weeks before our "new" house is vacated by the currrent owners. While staying with friends we won't need any of our package so I am wondering if we should just cancel the lot and then re-join SKy once we are in our new house, perhaps benefitting from a returning customer deal? Or will this be too complicated and should we just ask them to freeze our package temporarily?

Also, this is probably a dumb question but I will ask it anyway: I have a Sky email address which I can access remotely - if we cancel our whole package will I lose access to this?

The new house has a sky dish and we may upgrade to multi-room and or HD when we are in so any savings we can make will be useful.

    All advice gratefully received.
