Hi Lesleyfb - I got the £25 about 6-8 weeks after I went for the review so you should really have got it quite a while ago. To be honest they paid it into that plus saver account they open up for you by default when you open a current account and I didn't notice it in there to begin with so could've been paid in quicker than I thought even!

From looking at the A&L website I can't see any reference to it any more so you might be out of luck. The way I arranged it was just phoning up customer services so I'd suggest you do that and ask them - you never know!
