OK, so our 16 weeks are nearly up, if you had an EA with around 30 viewings no offers, would you change the agent or stick with ?
Maybe at your pricepoint you're getting people who expect everything as they want it, not people looking for a bargain/improvements.0 -
what feedback are you getting, I used to do houses up, may I see the link too....Blackpool_Saver is female, and does not live in Blackpool0

Another good point, i guess we will see out the 16 weeks, change agent and drop the price , that is all we can do i think ?0 -

You need feedback from these viewings to weigh ip what the issues were and why they didn't make an offer and a good agent will have found these out. its not just about pushing people through the door unless it is a gem and will sell itself. Are there any other properties within 10 miles that are like for like and as good an area to compare against? You mentioned a 15ft rear garden, this could be the stumbling block...if you had the feedback you would know....and you can't change that, just patience or a very good sale price....good luck
I must admit, we are at the higher priced end compared to the others, although a few weeks back we were bang in the middle of the for sales.
I know it's easy to be biased towards your own house, but it is confirmed by the agent and by viewers that our EOT is the biggest size they have seen, obviosuly our house is not as good as we think it is ?0 -

Hello, had a couple of it's too smalls, but id say mostly all negatives are the storage heaters.0 -
Hi, we sold our house just over 2 years ago and it was up for almost three months with lots of viewings, no offers and no feedback unless, we rang to enquire, which in turn made them do thier job..... we ended our Contract with those EA and at the end of the notice period we put the house up with another local EA and two days later we had a viewing, his second viewing was the next day and his offer on the third...... SOLD!
I say go for it with a change of EA.
Good Luck

We have two weeks left with this crowd, and to be honest I do not have much confidence dropping the price with them0 -

Have you researched land registry sold prices for your street to see if you are being marketed at a realistic level?
