If you are claiming JSA, then the Benefit office will make your refund with your next payment.
If you are not claiming JSA, then you need to download form P50 from www.hmrc.gov.uk snd send it to your tax office with your P45.£705,000 raised by client groups in the past 18 mths :beer:0 -
yeah i am claiming jsa at the moment is there amount of money you have to earn to claim it back then??0

You pay tax at 20% on any income (including JSA) above your personal allowance, generally £6475, in the tax year. You need to know how much you have earned and how much tax you have paid0

What, too much time to wait or too little?0 -
As we have now passed the end of the tax year, then you need to send in your P60 from both the job centre and your old job to get your tax back, if it hasn't been refunded by the job centre.
We are now coming up to a busy time for HMRC, as everyone who is due a refund will be doing the same thing. You won't get your P60U for a few weeks yet either.0
