O2 Joggler multimedia gadget now £50 delivered, was £100

I ordered mine the evening before they went up in price - was that the 13th? Text on the 20th saying it would be delivered between 9am and 9pm the following day - nice handy window to plan around. Waited in all day - no delivery; thanks. Came the next day while I was in Oslo! Still, all unpacked now. First impressions are that it's a bit slow; traffic app's not up to much; Google Maps doesn't seem to like postcodes but is fine on addresses. Not loaded any photos yet but I'm sure I'll get round to it.
Overall a good buy for £50 I think - even if I just end up using it as a photo frame. It would be nice to see a few more apps though.0 -
Hi, All
I recived my Joggler yesterday. The seals on the box were broken and re applied. The frame did not have a protective film seal on top(Did yours ?), also hand finger prints on it.
The plug cable was scrapply wound up. In the box but not pastic bag for the charger.
Any feed back on your packaging would be good0 -

The seals on all jogglers will be broken as I believe there was a problem with the power supplies, leading to them all having to be replaced. Existing stock was opened and the leads changed.0 -

Mine was all sealed but had a newer charger in it (the 159 one) so I think stocks may be mixed now0 -
STILL waiting for mine!!
HAve taken the matter up with the CEO's office, who actually replied ("on behalf of")0 -
To give credit where it's due:
Heard back from the Executive Relations team, who refunded my £50 AND made sure my joggler was delivered yesterday.
So well done to o2, I cannot stay mad at them now!
Great gadget, well worth the £50.0 -
they are £50 again!0

Dont bother. 3 weeks and its knackered.
waiting to see what they are going to do about it now though a refund is the preferable option here.0 -
right small update.
They will not refund. The unit has worked for precisely 36 days. O2 want me to take this into store for repair, so thats 2 lots of my time, fuel and parking to sort out this mess. We have requested the case be escalated.
DO NOT buy one of these. Seriously.0
