Mine's still in DHL Bristol (since 3am on the 15th). I live in Bristol.
DHL refuse to deal with me, beacuse their contract is with o2.
o2 at first refused to deal with me as I "didn't go direct" ... how much more direct can you get than using their online shop???
Eventually, o2 called DHL, who admitted they had lost the order. I've been waiting for a call back (from o2) for 24 hours.
I have never dealt with o2 before, and I never will again, what an incompetent bunch of call-centre monkeys! :mad: I can't believe that they run a phone network!0 -
I rang up and chased order, they informed me that order was lost in the system as at the time of order they were "out of stock" therefore the order gets put into a big box somewhere in their computers and was not being processed !!!!
Anyway, a little more conversation and finally they opened the order again by relaunching it, so that it restarts in the system.
Really stupid way to run things, not impressed to be honest.
Still awaiting order to be processed, shall give it a couple of days and give them a kick again0 -

+1 on that... how do they get away with it? How on earth did they convince Apple that they should be the UK launch network for the iphone?? I wouldn't let them launch an inflatable dingy!
Anyway, just got mine re-ordered. "It'll be with you tomorrow"
If anyone else has problems, learn from my hard work, save yourself some grief, cash and call-hold time, phone them on 0800 032 1402 (for some reason, the upgrades team deals with Jogglers).0 -

Just an update on my situation:
I emailed O2 and received a fairly standard reply saying it was out of stock and new stock was expected next week.
Interestingly they gave me the option to cancel my order and order a different pre-pay handset.
Nice to know they understand their products.
Regarding O2, they have a very odd structure where different parts of the company have nothing todo with the rest. eg home broadband is completely seperate to the mobile phone side of things. This may also be the case for the shop.
I have an O2 mobile and BB, both have been excellent with no problems with customer services, the website however and online shop are terrible!!!

This tallies with my experience - you wouldn't believe how many o2-monkeys gave me the old "that's not my department" line! :eek::mad:
Felt like saying "well it's not my ****ing department either, but at least you're getting paid to have this conversation"
As you may have spotted, I don't suffer bad customer service well, and I know my way round MoneyClaim.gov.uk!0 -
Just telephoned again, stock was received last Monday of about 2000. They went in/out almost straight away.

They told me last Wednesday that I'd have it "next day". In fairness, he didn't define "day" - maybe he meant Pluto days, not earth days...
in the meantime, I've emailed the (o2) world and his dog. I really despise o2, and I'm not really even a customer yet!0 -

I rang 08702 257 879 and I think I went in as a new customer on their options. I then had to explain I had ordered an o2 Joggler and then they transferred me to sales dept.
Further update, just received DHL tracking code, so my Joggler is somewhere near Coventry as I write this. Shame I'm in Italy this week on business lol
