Don't really want to post a link because it looks a bit of a dive TBH.
It needs 2 new windows at least. Found better pictures of it online. The decor is really badly done. But for £5k it could be made prettyful. Band A for council tax as well which is 2 bands lower than me just now.
Why is it only 28 days to complete if its a repo? I've got to give 2 months notice to my LL. :eek:. I really don't understand this mortgage malarky.
Hey I might not get the mortgage so I really shouldn't be deciding on decor etc.
ETA: How cheeky am I? If I get a mortgage its going to be 'yeah the house is dirt cheap but considering it needs a LOT of work done I think you should drop 5k off'
