I don't know...I'm not used to being with people without OH, and I have to get up and be there for 9, and I'm scared...
It's a four day intense course on starting a business, promotion, legal advice, etc. It's the promotion bit I'm most interested in...there's two days on it. It could be good...but I can just see myself not going. I'm like that...no willpower. I'm a big wimp.
Edit: I can't believe I just admitted to that on a public forum. I'm rubbish, lol.Signature down for maintenance :rotfl:0 -

Saucy, Just think to yourself, as long as you keep making excuses its only you holding you back, and you really dont want to hold yourself back and so why make the excuse to begin with.
Another saying one of my mates came out with that makes sense of what to do when your scared (although not logically)

I've been like that at times but it's always (without fail) been so much easier than i expected. I always try to think 'what's the worst that can happen?' and often my fears are unfounded. My view is that even if i made a total idiot out of myself (which never happens) i'll still be better off going to the course and learning stuff. I've been on hundreds of courses in my time and always felt nervous beforehand - but i can't remember any of the other participants and they sure as hell won't be thinking of me now. Go for it - you'll find that you have a lot to offer, whilst also learning xxxJust £10,852.28p to go...

Saucy, why not do a business link business course. I have been on several and they are fantastic and each one is just a day, they are free and you can also ring business link and meet one to one with an adviser and get the same info and they will hold your hand every step of the way. Mine rings from time to time to check on me and I have his number so that if I have any questions etc. oh and I went on one of the day courses for marketing and promotion and it was fab and just a day course and lots of networking happens as well. Just my experience of courseI am somebody. I am me. I like being me. And I need nobody to make me somebody! Louis L'Amour0
