Thanks Em, shame about the beer festival and good news about the rebate.
Nikki that sounds like a great idea.
The food talk has made me hungry. skint I think that selling stuff at car boot could definitely boost your cake sales too if you had some photos/ album/ leaflets or even a cake to display.
Speaking of soap we still haven't heard much from Shell06 and also Toots I know you said you needed more time to do stuff and less dribbling but you are missed so please stay in touch even if its just a little bit.
loving the funny stories and misheard lyrics.(I did the same with the SHania Twain one for a while!!)

LOL just remembered one of DD's best ones. She was 4 and in Reception and they had had all the big build up to Christmas with the nativity play and Mary and Joseph and the shepherds and the wise men and what all. Fair enough so far. But then they went back to school in the New Year and did Epiphany - she came home absolutely outraged and said "Did you know, Mummy, the wise men didn't get to Jesus till JANUARY!!"

Just curious - those of us who are married - where did you go on your honeymoons?
    Oh - and importantly - why? x

oo - why? went to travel agents, thinking I wanted to go to Mexico, but she recommended Dubai and went with her advice. I'd go again tomorrow if I could!

I've had friends who've been there (Dubai) and also loved it - i looked into going to Mexico last year - the hotel complexes look fab but it's such a lot of money. It's nice when it's a honeymoon as you deserve to spoil yourselves :D

    Currently:

    Manicure/pedicure
    Waxing
    Fake bake tanning
    Minx nails
    Fibreglass nails
    Massage etc
    Facials & eye treatments

    And hairdressing next year :D

You can do loads of combinations then. I only do nails so I can't do packages. I think you need some without waxing in though because as someone else said waxing can be scary but like you could do facials with an eyebrow wax, pedicures and leg waxing, manicures and pedicures, tan and nails, theres loads of options you just need to try and put ones together that will go

I agree - maybe you could do a holiday package and list 8 treatments and allow them to choose 5 - or whatever number - so that they are in control of the package but it's still marketed as a holiday package. Personally, i wouldn't have the waxing either but i'd have my eyebrows done, some (subtle) fake tan, a facial and manicure and pedicure - maybe even a massage to relax :)
