yes well red bull wasnt really the addictive part for me. its like smoking it just becomes habit and an expensive one at that. All started when DD was born and having no sleep etc used it to keep me awake now its just like having a cuppa so glad to have given it up. Smoking slipped last week but determined to give up again this week or next. My mind is getting there again (i have to get into a certain mindset to help myself) and my tastebuds and mind are working together and its making it taste like C*@p.

After having a health scare last year i should have taken the bull by horns but thats my downfall sometimes. Anyone else noticed their ebay sales shoot up over the weekend? mine wasnt selling last week but this weekend ive now sold 19 items in total and have another 15 due to finish tomrrow with bids

Someone's just posted an online dog photo competition invite via facebook - made me wonder if it could be adapted as a marketing strategy for maybe someone selling weddingy things. Not sure how - they're charging £3 entry per pic via their website, but it could be free and used as a way to bring traffic to your site? Something like a pic of the most obscure place to wear your wedding dress or whatever... does that make sense? They've set it up as an event and invited lots of people who each go to the website to check out the competition and maybe buy things while they're there. Sorry if stupid idea!

I'm going to have fish but no chips tonight - and steal a few from OH instead :o mmmm

It's a little known fact that stolen chips have absolutely no calories in them whatsoever. True story. (Honest!)

    Hey you lot!!

Phew.... kids in bed.... tired Mambury but ebay beckons....

Hhh - I've had a good few days on ebay, and more sales coming in as we speak!

2 Cats - I;ve not tried homemade wine but OH does his own beer, from kits though.... but its very cheap and he likes it!! I did make Elderflower champagne last year... it was VERY potent. My neighbour is getting married tis year and for a present I am making them some champagne so they all the guests can toast them...

    Joey - HELLO!!

Mabel - how's the slugs?? You need some chickens to eat them all!!

Jo - dandelion pancakes Sounds yum!! Have you ever tried elderflower fritters??? Similar thing but fried in slighty deeper oil... very delish with a bit of whipped cream! I am very lucky to have an elder in my garden and about 10 more trees about 3 miles up the road! We drink a lot of elderflower cordial in the summer too!!

Em - how's it hanging?? Sorted out those worms yet??

    Anyone heard from Saucy recently???

MMMmm, I have discovered Weightwatchers meals and some of them are delish!!

Beef hotpot and Tomato & Basil Chicken are my favourites so far, lasagne is awful. I think I need to start meal planning as this is my third week and I'm finding it really hard this week. I think it's because I have got over the initial euphoria of the whole thing and now it seems like a bit of a bore having to think so carefully about what to eat. So I need to step it up a notch and get planning. I love lists, so it shouldn't be too difficult, I hope.

Then I need to update my blog. That's my evening planned!

have now got nothing in my garden just stuff in seed trays so when I plant them out I'll get the beer in for the slimy little sods :-)

That's a great idea Em! Will have a think how I can use it on my site.
