Question for you guys. I went to vision express to have my eyes tested last week. I spent £130 on new glasses. It says on the receipt that if I find a cheaper pair elsewhere that they will refund the difference so I had a look and I found the same pair £30 cheaper on a website.

I rang up vision express and was told that because they are not a high street store then it doesn't count however it doesn't state this on the receipt. Am I being picky or am I right in thinking it should plainly state that it has to be found cheaper on high street?

not sure Babymoo. does it say something like see terms and conditions or anything like that.
    sorry not much help.
ring local trading standards and ask? ours are usually helpful although not rung them over something like that before.
