  • Ohh I think what I was originally going to get at was that you've burned up more calories/fat/points with your activity today, I think that's why you actually get extra points, because your body needs topped up now to have the same level of energy it would have had if you hadn't been active. Does that make sense?? Ok, I might well get slated lol, but what the heck are MBT's??

-they tone your legs and bum, as well as correcting posture when walking. There are other versions from other brands but I've only tried these :)

Size 3, you have to be sure you fit a 3 in MBTs to wear them though :)

  • Hi Elly *wave* If you go to User CP up at the top of the page (near your private messages clicky), then choose Edit Signature. Just type in what you want it to say and save!

Thanks for the info on MBTs Paula, very very interesting. How long did it take you to get used to them? I have a bit of a recurring dodgy knee and wonder if they would help. Not to mention the extra muscle exercise!

Don't know how the points work paula but last year I started going to a local gym and eating healthier. I just did cycling anf rowing at the gym so all aerobic. took 3 weeks before I lost any weight but I was a bit slimmer and definitely more tone d by then. after that the weight started to come off fairly steadily.
did it for my brothers wedding and after that and with upheaval of building work I didn't carry on and so put the weight back on.
    It did feel good though.

Afternoon everyone - not quite the sunny day we had yesterday here in Sheffield. Kittens are a bit better today, only two of them with runny eyes now. Haven't had chance to update my blog for a week so off to do that now.

Was supposed to be going for a run at lunch time but there is a Sheffield derby today and I'm completely homebound by Wednesday fans who block up the roads <slight rant!>. I did try to set off and couldn't even get out of the end of my road.

So I've cleared some more cupboards out and watched Columbo and had a nap! Not exactly the active day I planned, but very satisfying :p

This is day 3 of Weightwatchers and so far so good. I've still got 8 points left after I've planned in my tea, so am gleefully working out what treats I can have tonight. A glass of wine may be involved <insert evil laugh>

Hope everyone is having as enjoyable if slightly more productive a day.

You live near me I've just realised lol

Hi everyone not really caught up properly not been on for a few days so I can't really read them all.

Well done on the diets everyone
