Well done Jo! I'm too scared to do my weigh in as I've done terribly bad this week ...mainly involving giant bars of Dairy Milk! I will do it later :-)

Elly- that was bloody brilliant !! I love the way you put subtle little jokes in always have to read it twice in case I miss anything!

Toots/Munchki- me three! I investigated Wicca but it was the God/Goddess thing that put me off- I would describe myself as pagan. Intrigued what the additional things are tho Toots! And how rude BTW- are you insinuating that I like the monkey are rude and annoying?! Ok- spot on!! Lmao

Mabel - not rude and annoying hun but def a bit cheeky!!
get weighed MM the earlier in the day you do it the lighter you'll be. I think. I always get weighed first thing.
I had sticky toffe pudding and ice cream and also crispie cakes that the kids made and still lost a pound so you may be fine even with the dairy milk.

Toots, it's me doing the book, it's been rated 42 out of 225 on helium so can't be bad, seeing as it's very English and not very American (I think, could be wrong though?) and I do keep thinking about it but haven't got down to any proper work on it yet. If I do, I'll offer everyone here a look first (might not put it on Helium as if I do finish it I'd like to send it out to see if anyone's interested).
I'm off to do my friend's garden today, the kids are going to play, and maybe help plant stuff depending where we get up to. I'd like to do a 'fairy garden' or somethng with them but sadly there's not a lot of different materials available, the previous tenants left it full of beer cans and broken glass and it's taken a while to get as far as we have! So I might get a football. Feeling a lot happier than I have done for weeks, going to get back on the positivity roll I was on in January :) hugs to all and have a great day xx xx

If my opinion of the first chapter is anything to go by, I'd say your idea of not putting it on Helium is a good idea hun, because I seriously was impressed by it. If you get around to writing any more, I'd love to have a read. Great to hear you're happier hun, keep your chin up and come moan at us when you need to vent! If you've got a cleared patch of garden for your faerie garden, get yourselves some lovely wild flowers/seeds and just throw them in haphazard, will look gorgeous! I long for my wild garden, but don't have a garden of any description right now! Enjoy your day!

The rains been good jo as i have been in this house busy doing a budget for new house i am determined not to spiral into debt again ,and i am going to make sure that we pay as we go for all items .have just spent the last half hour reading the supermarket article it might work as we are buying a chest freezer when we move we waste too much food and adding all the links for vouchers and recipes to my favourites going to do meal planner and shop on Thursday night if i go early in the week end up shopping again on fridays for treats, drink ect reckon i could save £20 minimum a week .
hubby has already looked at bt/sky and we are changing to telewest with quidco £65 curtesy of here he laughed at me re quidco and because he books his own hotels when away working he has over £100 in his account .
need to read up on clubcard vouchers next i'm an asda shopper but oh is buying fuel from there so they are mounting up and we caravan so should work for days out ect.
i think my miserly scottish ways are being made more so by this thread and site just think more money not to spend on stuff unless its a bargain lol:rotfl:
So finally debt free and it feels amazing however continuing here to stay debt free.Next declutter house and body and finally swim under that waterfall x

Wicca is a relatively new 'religion' in the scheme of things, and while there are some things in there that are quite meaningful, in the grand scheme of things there is too much that doesn't apply to me. Mabel, I have found by experience that people tend to think I'm a bit of a looney if I share too much, the labels come whizzing back out, so I don't, sorry! :D

I already think you're a loony so it won't affect my opinion...anyway-i'm the one who is on Prozac so I win the mentally unstable award.
If you do feel like sharing a tiny bit then please PM me-I'm fascinated and I won't label you (apart from monkey making dribbler)

OH went to a remote control car/aeroplane event thing yesterday and was videoing the planes...in every shot theres a black shape that shoots across the picture about 10 times faster than the planes.......strange!
