Downgrade Sky - How much notice?

            its currently no days, however as from april 16th it becomes 30 days.
 I called them and asked the same question just last week and the answer above from PaulE is what I was told.
 So basically, if I wanted to cancel Sports, having had it for a year already, it will happen immediately on the 15th April should I call then, but from the 16th will be effective only 30 days later.0

            I have just tried to downgrade a package on behalf of my mother who is in hospital, and is likely to be for some time. I was told she can't reduce her payments without giving 31 days notice, but she could upgrade in 24 hours...says it all really...x x x0

            They changed it to 31 days now i belive0
