Kitty's sheet is ready and in dropbox.

Just need the info for the red peppers, can't substitute anything, because it depends on the liquid in the jar

Have added info for yeast to Shirl's planner, otherwise unchanged from yesterday

Kitty is a little light on protein, otherwise all figs look fine

one of kitty's lunches is 930 cals

does that seem a bit high?

Overall the month is the right number of cals for weight maintenance

have changed the oil info for the houmous on Kitty's planner.

they are now 200 for the plain, 70 for the onion, 135 for the tomato

have changed the original Kitty planner name to a backup version, and your conflicted version is now named Kitty Planner

Yes it does. I just (well at lunch time obviously) had a lunch around that big and the only reason I ate that much was because I was at my Auntie's and she always gives us loads to eat. As a result I only just managed a 250 calorie dinner and I nearly didn't even bother having that.

Potty, when you're next on - I believe you tested a few of the vegan recipes ? Can you have a look at the site and check that you're happy with the preparation and cooking times as published ?

    Thanks :)

Yep, Weezl, I like Susan's chart idea.

I have checked and double checked.....
But I can only see timings for the first month planner recipes...
I cant see any for the vegan/vegetarian recipes.

    Did you want timings ?
I can do this if needed, but it will take quite a few weeks for me to work through everything :o, as I have alot on for the next couple of weeks

I bet Mr Weezl would not appreciate being called a grey haired cowboy ;)

Potty, I will PM you the link when I can't get on from home, in case you don't fancy trawling through skype :)
