    Hi Everyone

DH is still 'on holiday' with me, and DD still away, so we are working hard on the house and garden. Weather was glorious yesterday, so we spent most of it outside. I've washed and scrubbed the greenhouse windows inside and outside, and repotted loads of plants. Potted up my overwintered aubergines and my tomato seedlings, too, and dug over loads of squares in the veggie patch.

Today looks grim.... and so does my bathroom after we washed all that greenhouse gunk off ourselves... :( So I'm going to tackle the bathroom and study today, and hope that comes up later in the week.

Have read back, and am so sorry at the way things turned out; but most especially for the emotional strain this put on L-L and also on Greenbee who tried so very hard to help. Hope you are both OK, and you, too, Toots. I'm also sending my love to Dusty and her DS and to Natty.

Off to hang up the washing, then on with the bathroom.

    MissH

    Morning all

We have had a lazy morning so far. Were supposed to be going to the cinema for the kids promotion to see Alvin but it would have been too much of a rush so instead we have just chilled.

Shall be going up to Nan and Grandad's to drop off birthday presents and cards for Grandad and a cousin later. Then on to visit my mates who have had a challenging few days DIYwise.

Lots of hugs needed round here today, especially Dusty and the crew, Natty, LL, Jinky and Diva

Embb hope you had a lovely birthday, belated :bdaycake:

thifty I would ring to check and if there is no reply or she ducks out of it then go and enjoy yourselves without her. As to the clothes situation I would find another recipient for them or sell them as lots on ebay. Only you can decide if she is toxic (sounds like she moght be), but IMO those that take take take and give little or nothing in return are not true friends.

Right I had better get my act together and find these presents out and get them wrapped before we go. Organised as ever :rotfl:

    Ugh I give up..oops sorry Morning campers..lol

I did so well yesterday with getting things done that I now think I have crashed and come down to earth with a thump..lol. I just can't get motivated, heck I am even still in my dressing gown, on the sofa with the laptop listening to Zoe ball on Radio 2. I can't stand that woman but I just CBA to turn it off..lol Gods isn't that sad!!!

DDog Bear is doing so much better today, he is also being a little wotsit now and getting up to his usual antics. Although I think he is getting to like his "cough medicine" too much..lol

Does anyone fancy a HHC at 10.30, mainly so I can get showered and dressed etc..

I have done the bedding, the floordrobe, and checked the smoke alarms. Off to meet a friend now.
I was just told to give him parrots and ibup but I wondering if that is not enough. He seems to have a high pain threshold but I think it is hurting a lot. Main worry is infection at the minute.

I am really surprised he wasn't given something stronger! I came out of hospital with 2 different prescription painkillers and I needed them. And I also have a high pain threshold! I was also given something in hospital to ward off infection - can't remember if I brought some of that home too.

Really hope the pain begins to ease soon xx

Feeling a bit "stuffy" this morning. Have another huge headache which has really upset me as Ive had a week with none :( Also boshed my milk jugs on the side of the desk last night which was agony, and this morning they feel all hard and lumpy  Surely its too early for milk ducts? Im only just on 20 weeks.

At any rate, I also worked on the bedroom on Moday so Im going to take advantage of that and slow down a bit today. My dailies are done, so I thought I'd just come and check how much of the list is in fact done and then head up there.

Hope everyone is having a good day today.
