    Evening all

Emotionally drained and Soappie's post this evening has wiped me out.

I really appreciate all the vibes you have sent to me over the past 24 hours for my DS. He has cried for an hour this evening before I could finally get him to sleep in our bed, another night for DH in a single. My lovely DH brought him an ipod touch on the way home tonight. He has wanted one for months and as he can do so little and has been such a star we have treated him. He just kept saying thank you and hugging his Dad. Hopefully that will keep him busy for a little time this evening.

Hugs for Methekids, Diva, Lady L and Toots

RuthieJane with regards to the Endo, have you tried Agnus Castus? It’s herbal (Holland and Barret best place to get it), during the months that I was having lap and dyes etc, my consultant suggested I take it for a few months to see if my body could do it alone without the clomid. Unfortunately it wasn’t entirely enough, but I did find my cycle regulated and that time wasn’t as painful as before. I continued taking it with the clomid for 3 months and fell. Even if you’re not ttc, Im now a firm believer that all woman should be taking it and will be heading straight back to it when bean arrives.

Thanks polkadot. I do take a herbal suplement called DIM Vitex PMS formula. It contains Agnus Castus, and a few other things which I believe are helping. I've not taken any hormonal things from the NHS, I hate the idea. I'm planning to use natural progesterone cream in the next few months, but do find that eating healthily, having no more than 2 glasses of wine a day (and no more than 6 a week), and accupuncture makes a huge difference. I see a nutrionalist who really helps. I had a bad month last time, but I'd been taking a chinese herbal supplement which seems to have interacted badly with the DIM Vitex formula.

I've walked 5 miles this evening, and now it appears to be time to get my gym kit packed up ready for the morning... what with eating, cleaning and exercising I have no idea when I'm going to have time for anything else! :D
